Well, it could be, annabethblue--but I think chained_bear was referring to the hay that one normally gives to pets such as guinea pigs. (I also give it to my birds to use for their endless nest-building.)

Wow. Well... I'm just glad he didn't eat the seasoning packet--that would have made him horribly sick. Though, admittedly, if I were a dog, I'd probably just eat the plain noodles, too.
