About

A list of eponymous medical terms and procedures, such as Janet's method. Advances in medical technology and research have rendered many of these terms and procedures archaic or obsolete. As such, such terms are relegated to the annals of medical history, where they serve a place, though perhaps diminished in modern practice.

Many of these terms would fit nicely within sionnach's formulaic list of eponymous terms, X's Y, where X is somebody's name. I do not list those terms named after occupations, such as Miner's asthma, Fuller's asthma, boxer's dementia &c, or after place names.
