Words found through Wordie's random word function. I didn't take phrases, foreign, misspelled, or madeupical words, so I looked at about 200 words to assemble this list.
I was surprised at first to retrieve four
panvocalics I'd previously listed (
inopercular,
contextualism,
linaceous,
uncopyrightable), which seemed distinctly non-random. But I'd listed 2222 panvocalics (not counting phrases and foreign words), so they comprise about 1.5% of the 142,486 unique words in Wordie (9 May 2008). Therefore I'd expect three panvocalics in 200 random words, so finding four isn't unusual.
