In the case of the Contract, the title brewery is the Host; in the case of AP, the title brewery is the Tenant – even though they are both brewed at a Host.

They are weak minded, and the established impresses itself upon them as easily as the name of the brewery is impressed on a beer bottle.
So the official name of my unofficial winery/brewery is Tumasonis Cellars, which I've shortened to 'Sonis Cellars on the first two labels I've created, for that cab franc and a merlot rose from the 2007 vintage (which I've dedicated to my always-supportive wife, Nena).
